Monthly Pricing
At Whitcomb House there are no large entrance fees or hidden costs. One comprehensive monthly fee covers the cost of your unit, utilities (except for phone, internet and cable) and the services included in our care plans. We do not expect to bill for additional services.

Assisted Living Subsidies
Mass Health - Medicaid/GAFC (Group Adult Foster Care) Subsidy Available for both programs:
Eligibility: (1) (requirements subject to change) Assets less than $2,000 monthly, income less than $1,148, medical diaganosis, need help with at least one activity of daily living (ADL) (2)Assets less than $2,000, monthly income greater than $1,148, with a six month spend down and medical diaganosis, need help with at least one activity of daily living (ADL)
Benefits: (subject to change) Fee of approximately $1,230 paid directly to the residence, individual's monthly income supplement up to $500 per month depending on income.
Veteran's Subsidy (subject to change) of up to $1,644 per month is also available for the veteran and a subsidy of $1056 available for the surviving spouse or $2,182 for a couple when both are veterans. There are eligilbity requirements.
